WAFU was born from a desire to bring the traditional taste and spirit of Japan to the streets of Budapest, just as its name meaning "Japanese style" suggests.
Founder Takashi Nagatake opened the first shop in 2020, drawing on knowledge and experience gained both in Japan and abroad. Today, WAFU operates five ramen shops, serving carefully crafted soups, noodles, and toppings every day.
