01. Creation of images of exterior, interior, and interior
We will create an exterior and interior design after the renovation and share the image. The exterior is designed with the motif of an impactful miso barrel that symbolizes Kokumaru, and the interior will be proposed according to your budget.

02. Cooking Operations
The operation is as simple as possible, and even inexperienced people are less likely to experience "taste blurring" and a solid system has been created to increase the speed of provision. In addition to cooking, we will provide you with efficient operations such as kitchen equipment arrangement proposals.

03. Staff Hall Training
Three-day practical training for part-time staff in the hall by headquarters employees. We value bringing smiles to our customers. We will provide Kunimaru's unique customer service guidance from greeting to checkout, and will provide guidance on how to write an order at the time of ordering and the division of roles for each position.

04. Practical training for store managers
Implementation of on-the-job training at the head office and branches. You will receive training in the kitchen, hall, and ordering for 4 to 8 weeks. We have created a training curriculum according to the learning level so that even first-time restaurant owners can open with peace of mind.

05. Open Readiness Support
For 10 days before and after the opening, the Kunimaru Headquarters will provide business support for store manager employees and practical training for part-time staff. In addition, we will support you in all other preparations related to the opening.

06. Post-opening headquarters support
Even after opening, the headquarters staff will be present every three months to check the problems and taste, and support the owner so that he can solve his concerns. In addition, when the limited-time menu is held, recipe sharing and operation lectures are also held.
